At The Britt Bow Co., every bow is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, or placement are expected and add to the unique charm of each piece.

No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to the nature of handcrafted items, all sales are final.
  
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, slight variations, or sizing
  differences.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  
• We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
  
• Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist quickly.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  
• Once production has started, we cannot accommodate cancellations.
